Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format, font type: Calibri, Size 11, 1.5 line spaced.
- The title should not exceed 15 words, and should be capitalized, centre aligned, with font Calibri 14.
- Headings should be written in sentence case, bolded and not numbered.
- The abstract consisting of 150-200 words should be written in italic. Below the abstract, provide 3- 5 keywords.
- Full-length articles should be between 7,000 and 10,000 words, including references.
- Structure the manuscript into sections such as Introduction, Literature review, theoretical framework and or conceptual framework, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- Follow the NJTVET style guide, which is based on the American Psychological Association (APA) style.
- Number all pages consecutively. Page numbers should be centre aligned.
- Use British English spelling and ensure proper grammar and punctuation.
- Use clear and concise language, avoiding jargon or technical terms not commonly understood by the target audience.
- Prepare the manuscript in a Word file, including all figures, tables, and supplementary materials.
- Ensure the manuscript adheres to the anonymisation requirements, removing any author names or affiliations within the text. Instead indicate author’s names (without academic titles), institutional affiliations, and the email address of the corresponding author on a separate page.
