The Namibia Journal of Technical Vocational Education and Training (NJTVET) is a Diamond Open Access Journal and provides immediate free access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Authors do not pay article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees to publish, and readers do not pay subscriptions to read NJTVET publications. Author(s) retain copyright and are free to deposit (self-archive) their published research papers on institutional repositories, academic social media and personal or departmental websites.

NJTVET follows a diamond open-access model, meaning:

• All articles are freely accessible online upon publication without embargo.
